Nothing all that exciting happened this week. Ella did start asking "how come?".... Kind of like when kids ask why about everything. I guess she is getting to the point where she needs things explained to her now. Just a yes or no answer is not enough.I know that my baby is growing up, but sometimes it's really hard to accept. Our runs are really hard to enjoy because she is getting so heavy. I've already eliminated all hills from my run and I'm still only able to run at a very slow pace. For a while I thought I had lost my stamina, but then I ran one day without pushing her and I did just fine. I'm going to push myself as long as I can. I don't want our running time together to end anytime soon.
Ella had her first dentist appointment yesterday. Charley took her while I was working. Apparently she cried the entire time. I'm not surprised since it's a battle with her every time we brush her teeth. The dentist said her teeth looked great. She goes back for a cleaning in September. That should be fun...

Ella seems to have the same love for doctor visits you had when you were little. I think Momma told me that once when you had to get a shot it took 4 people to hold you down.

Riley hates the dentist too! We had an appt on Fri and the dentist brushed my teeth before brushing Riley's and he loved that, try it next time!!!
